I normally am not want to write reviews, but I will say I was very impressed with the Customer Service. I got I accidentally booked the wrong location online for my appointment and when I got to the location, I have thought I booked that I was not on the schedule, the staff was very helpful and accommodating not only. Did they call the other location for me to let them know. They also found another time that would work with me and get me the Lashes I wanted to go to my vacation so I really do appreciate the extra time and effort they put into help get me what I needed. Girl was nice but doesn’t really know how to do facial I felt like I was there for experiment. 🙄 Worst facial ever. don’t waste your money.
